This 7’ two piece, two tip 2 wt was built on a taper designed by Doug Merrick who owned R.L. Winston Rod Co. in San Francisco bay area. The build begins with the customer’s favorite Bible scripture verse hidden under the modified cigar grip.

Gold thread trim bands are two wraps wide to keep the theme of 2 wt. throughout.
The soft cloth rod sock provides protection for this legacy build.
The “maze” weave
A weave of gold and burgundy red with an accent of black identifies this build as custom and tailored to the customer’s desire.
